Information Sent from the App
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Under the external transmission rules of Japan's Telecommunications Business Act, this page lists the information the app "Don't Be Late!" (オクレルナ!, the "App") sends from your device, where it goes and why. For our overall handling of personal information, see the Privacy Policy and How We Handle Your Information.
Not sent
Your calendar events (titles, times, calendar names), your settings such as notification timing and vibration strength, muted events, and connected Google Calendar / Outlook accounts and their authentication tokens are processed only on your device and are never sent to us or to anyone else. There is no account, and the App does not access your name, contacts, photos or GPS location (an email address is used on your device only, to show which Google Calendar / Outlook account is connected).
What is sent
| Recipient | Information | Purpose | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pangle (an advertising platform operated by the Bytedance group) | Advertising identifier (Android advertising ID / iOS IDFA, the IDFA only if you allow tracking), IP address and the approximate region inferred from it, device information (model, OS, language and so on), ad interactions such as views and taps, SDK diagnostics (crashes, performance) | Ad delivery and display, ad measurement, analytics, fraud prevention | After the initial setup, once you have answered the ad choice ("About ads" in the App on Android; the system tracking prompt on iOS), while ads are shown (never while you have the Premium plan) |
| Apple (App Store) / Google (Google Play) | Information needed to purchase a subscription and check its status | Processing in-app purchases and checking purchase status | When you purchase or restore, and when the App checks purchase status at launch |
| Google (Google Calendar API) / Microsoft (Microsoft Graph) | The authentication token obtained when you sign in, which calendars and dates to read, and the IP address and device/app information (User-Agent) that come with any connection | Reading the calendars and events of the account you connected to schedule alarms (read-only; nothing goes through our servers) | Only in the iOS app with the Premium plan, after you connect an account in the Calendar tab: when you connect, and when events are fetched as you open the App or during background refresh |
See the Pangle End User Data Privacy Policy, Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement for how each recipient handles it.
Opting out
- Stop personalized ads: in the App's Settings, open "Ad settings" and choose "Don't allow". You still see ads, but they are not personalized.
- iOS: turn the App off under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and the IDFA is not sent.
- Android: delete or reset the advertising ID under "Ads" in the device's Settings app.
- Google Calendar / Outlook: choose "Disconnect" in the App's Calendar tab to stop any further transmission.
