この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Fuji Bit Inc.（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリ「オクレルナ！」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 利用料金

本アプリは無料で利用でき、画面に広告が表示されます。iOS版（バージョン 6.0 以降）では、広告の非表示と Google カレンダー連携を含む月額サブスクリプション（プレミアムプラン）を提供しています。料金・内容は購入画面に表示されます。代金は Apple ID に請求され、現在の期間が終わる 24 時間前までに解約しない限り自動で更新されます。解約は購入したストアのサブスクリプションの設定から行えます。Android版では現在提供していません。

2. サブスクリプション

• サブスクリプションは、現在の期間が終了する 24 時間前までに解約しない限り自動更新され、購入したストアのアカウントに請求されます。
• 解約・管理は、購入したストア（App Store または Google Play）のサブスクリプション設定から行えます。アプリを削除しても解約にはなりません。
• 支払い済みの料金の返金は、各ストアの規定に従います。当社が直接返金を行うことはできません。

3. 通知・バイブレーションについて

本アプリは、端末のカレンダーの予定をもとに通知とバイブレーションを行います。通知は OS の仕様、端末の設定（通知・集中モード・省電力・バックグラウンド更新など）、カレンダーの同期状況などにより、遅れたり届かなかったりする場合があります。本アプリは予定に遅れないことを保証するものではありません。重要な予定には他の手段も併用してください。

4. 禁止事項

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、改変、再配布
• 広告を不正にタップ・表示させる行為など、広告配信を妨げる行為
• その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為

5. 免責事項

当社は、本アプリの利用または利用できなかったことにより生じた損害（予定への遅刻・不参加などを含む）について、当社の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。本アプリは予告なく内容の変更・提供の中止を行うことがあります。

6. 本規約の変更

当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

7. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the app "Don't Be Late!" (オクレルナ！, the "App") provided by Fuji Bit Inc. ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.

1. Fees

The App is free to use and shows ads. The iOS app (version 6.0 and later) offers a monthly subscription (Premium plan) that removes ads and adds Google Calendar integration. Its price and contents are shown on the purchase screen. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel in the subscription settings of the store you purchased from. The Android app does not offer it at this time.

2. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are charged to the account of the store where you purchased them.
• You can cancel and manage your subscription in the subscription settings of the store you purchased from (App Store or Google Play). Deleting the App does not cancel it.
• Refunds follow the rules of each store. We cannot issue refunds directly.

3. Notifications and Vibration

The App sends notifications and vibration based on the events in your device's calendar. Notifications may be delayed or not delivered because of OS behavior, device settings (notifications, Focus, power saving, background refresh and so on) or the state of calendar sync. The App does not guarantee that you will not be late. Please use other means as well for important events.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Reverse engineering, modifying or redistributing the App
• Interfering with ad delivery, such as fraudulent ad taps or impressions
• Any other conduct we consider inappropriate

5. Disclaimer

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage arising from the use of or inability to use the App (including being late for or missing an event). We may change or discontinue the App without notice.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms when necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction of first instance over any dispute relating to the App.
